About Us

Our company carries out interdisciplinary activities related to many engineering branches from food engineering to civil engineering, from bioengineering to physics and chemical engineering. In particular, the design of new and original composite materials, R&D and innovation-based studies are brought together and developed with 33 years of academic experience.

Composites are prepared with up-to-date modern experimental methods and structure-property controlled production is carried out with current experimental techniques, and as a result, they can be produced at the molecular-nano-micro-macro scale, by reaching the 3D structure standard. In the composite synthesis stage, acoustic and electromagnetic waves are used to allow the matrix and filler materials to perfectly match at the interfaces, trigger superior properties, and produce with homogeneous distance distribution. After the composite design and synthesis, the design and production of the composites, whose external physico-chemical and bio-physical effects and structure-property relations are controlled, can be done by our company. A complete standard production can be achieved as a result of 3D structure controls and optimization of composite production parameters of the produced composite materials at nanoscopic scale.

Our company's activities are not only limited to design, production, R&D and innovation, but we also work on academic consultancy services and 3D nanoscopic structure analysis, especially in materials engineering.          

Our fields of study and research

In a composite material, the compatibility of filler and matrix structure in the interfacial region should be kept under control in order to create the targeted superior property of the material. In composite materials used in industry and industry, it is necessary to carry out all structural controls in 3D at molecular - nanoscopic - microscopic - macroscopic scale, and thus to start standard production. However, in this case, the acquisition of high value-added technological products and the acceptance of these products in international cooperation may be in question. However, nowadays, nanoscopic-scale analyzes are generally performed with AFM, SEM and TEM analyzes and nanoscopic structures are characterized in only a very small part of the composite materials used in macro-scale in these analyses. Elimination of this deficiency will be possible with detailed Small and Wide Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS-WAXS) analyzes as well as more professional data evaluations. In addition, with these simultaneous analyzes, important findings can be reached on whether there are compatible transitions in the interfaces.

An important gap will be filled in the production of such controlled composites, as we have strong academic knowledge and international experimental experience throughout our country. Standardization of not only composite materials, but also all component materials required for composite production will be made by our company. Detailed label information required for such materials can also be created by our company through scientific means.
