Composites are prepared with up-to-date modern experimental methods and structure-property controlled production is carried out with current experimental techniques, and as a result, they can be produced at the molecular-nano-micro-macro scale, by reaching the 3D structure standard. In the composite synthesis stage, acoustic and electromagnetic waves are used to allow the matrix and filler materials to perfectly match at the interfaces, trigger superior properties, and produce with homogeneous distance distribution. After the composite design and synthesis, the design and production of the composites, whose external physico-chemical and bio-physical effects and structure-property relations are controlled, can be done by our company. A complete standard production can be achieved as a result of 3D structure controls and optimization of composite production parameters of the produced composite materials at nanoscopic scale.
